By accessing truehelp.top or engaging the services of TrueHelp Recovery Chambers Ltd ("the Chambers"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
The Chambers provides consultancy, investigation and recovery assistance services to individuals who have suffered losses as a result of financial fraud. We do not provide legal advice as solicitors or barristers; where legal proceedings are required, we engage licensed counsel on your behalf.
While we maintain a strong track record, recovery of lost funds cannot be guaranteed in any individual case. The outcome depends on factors including the nature of the fraud, availability of evidence, cooperation of financial institutions and applicable law.
Our fees are agreed in writing prior to commencement of services. The contingency success fee is payable only upon actual recovery of funds. An initial case processing fee is charged to cover preliminary investigative costs and is non-refundable regardless of outcome.
You agree to: provide accurate and complete information; cooperate fully with our investigators; promptly provide requested documents; notify us of any communications from the relevant platform or third parties; and refrain from taking independent action that could compromise the recovery process without prior consultation.
Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all information exchanged in the course of the engagement. We will not disclose your information without your consent except as required by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Chambers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our aggregate liability in any event shall not exceed the fees paid by you to us in the preceding 12 months.
